Hands-on museum geared towards younger children. The Art Center is a focus in one area where children can paint, draw, color and join art project classes. Learn about the ecosystems, erosion, traffic safety, forests, critters and circuits. Visit the Enchanted Forest to climb through a foam pond and slide down a tree slide. Jump in to the world of water - try your luck with water tables and currents. Learn about bugs and reptiles. Don't forget about the dinosaurs (coming late 2015).
The Science Center is currently around the block at 906 W Main Ave., (downtown Spokane Public LIbrary, 3rd Floor), Spokane, WA 99201. The Science Center also features hands-on exhibits that promote flight & engineering, space, sound, dynamics, the human body and physics.
