Don't be thrown off by the mismatch of decor and cuisine. You are seeing it right, Fong Asian Dining is located in what looks like a 50's diner. It might feel a little incongruous, but let yourself enjoy the juxtaposition of Asian food and classic American ambiance. And then, let yourself enjoy the food. Fong does it all, from sushi, to Thai curry, to Mien, both Lo and Chow. They do it all, and they do it well.
Try a bento box lunch special. You'll get your choice of entree, half a California roll, a couple pot stickers, and a mess of noodles guaranteed to fill up all but the most hungry. If you like your Chinese food sweet, try the Honey Walnut Chicken or Shrimp, both covered in a sweet creamy sauce so thick and gooey you'll definitely need a drink.
