When do you get the chance to dine inside an old rail car? Jump at the chance to step onboard car 1787, which was built in 1906. Touted as "Made from Scratch", most of the recipes were handed down through generations of family members. Make sure you come hungry. Breakfast is a culmination of comfort platters - biscuits & gravy, hot cakes, waffles, Snoqualmine Falls oatmeal, benedicts and omelets. Lunch consists of old favorites too - patty melt, french dip, meatloaf sandwich, bacon cheeseburgers and more. If you can't find a booth, pull up a chair at the counter and watch the chefs in action.
